Platform Access & Subscription Agreement

Welcome to Approved Funded ("Approved Funded", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and Approved Funded, governing your access to and use of the website located at approvedfunded.com, the associated simulated trading platform, and any related services, content, features, and software made available by Approved Funded (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and any other policies referenced herein or made available through the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and not a resident of any country or region in which use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law (including, without limitation, the United States, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, the Crimea region of Ukraine, and any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury).

• "Account" means a personal, non-transferable user profile created on the Platform, through which you access the Service.
• "Simulated Trading Environment" or "Demo Account" means the software-based trading simulator provided by Approved Funded, which uses virtual, non-monetary units ("Virtual Funds") to mirror the mechanics of trading instruments for educational and skill-assessment purposes only.
• "Virtual Funds" means non-redeemable, non-transferable, non-monetary units used exclusively within the Simulated Trading Environment. Virtual Funds have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for currency, and do not represent any form of deposit, investment, or financial instrument.
• "Subscription" means your paid access to a defined tier of the Platform, granting use of the Simulated Trading Environment for the duration and scope specified at checkout.
• "Performance Challenge" means a structured assessment conducted within the Simulated Trading Environment under documented risk parameters and behavior rules.
• "Performance Reward" means a discretionary monetary bonus paid by Approved Funded to Users who meet documented performance criteria inside the Simulated Trading Environment. Performance Rewards are paid at Approved Funded's sole discretion and are not the result of real-money trading activity.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, interfaces, software, documentation, educational materials, and data made available through the Platform.

Approved Funded operates a trading education and skill-assessment software platform. All trading-related activity conducted on the Platform occurs exclusively within a Simulated Trading Environment using Virtual Funds. Approved Funded does not offer, facilitate, or execute real-money trading on behalf of Users. No real capital is ever placed in financial markets by Approved Funded on behalf of a User, and no User order placed within the Simulated Trading Environment results in a corresponding real-money transaction in the underlying market.

Approved Funded is not a broker-dealer, is not a registered investment adviser, is not a licensed financial services provider, and is not a money services business. Approved Funded does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, custody of Users' funds, market-making services, order routing to external exchanges, or any form of regulated financial service.

The Service is provided solely for educational, training, and skill-assessment purposes. The intended outcome of using the Platform is the development and demonstration of discretionary trading skill within a controlled, non-financial software environment.

Performance Rewards paid by Approved Funded to Users who meet documented assessment criteria are discretionary bonus payments made by Approved Funded from its own operating funds. They are not profits from real market trading, are not payments of trading gains, and do not represent a share of any actual profit-and-loss outcome in the financial markets.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into and perform a binding contract;
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive economic sanctions by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States;
• Not be listed on any government sanctions list, denied-party list, or restricted-party list;
• Not be a resident of the United States of America, unless and until Approved Funded makes the Service expressly available in the United States; and
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, checkout, and any verification process initiated by Approved Funded.

Approved Funded reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate Accounts, or remove Content for any User who does not meet or ceases to meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an Account and provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address and, where requested, identity verification information.

You are solely responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials; (b) all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you; and (c) notifying Approved Funded promptly of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. Approved Funded is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account.

Accounts are personal to you, non-transferable, and may not be shared, sold, licensed, or otherwise made available to any third party. Approved Funded may suspend or terminate Accounts found to be shared, sold, or accessed through unauthorized means.

Access to the Simulated Trading Environment is granted upon purchase of a Subscription. Subscription tiers, access scope, reward criteria, and fees are described on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen Subscription tier in full at the time of purchase. All payments are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Approved Funded accepts payment through designated third-party payment processors, including card networks, cryptocurrency on-ramps, and other methods displayed at checkout. You authorize Approved Funded and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the full Subscription fee plus any applicable taxes, fees, or currency-conversion charges.

Subscriptions are non-recurring unless expressly stated as recurring at checkout. If a Subscription is recurring, you authorize automatic renewal at the then-current rate until you cancel. You may cancel a recurring Subscription through your Account settings or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then current billing period.

Approved Funded reserves the right to change Subscription pricing, access tiers, and reward criteria at any time. Changes will not affect the Subscription you have already purchased but will apply to renewals and new purchases made after the change takes effect.

All Subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Non-delivery of access: If Approved Funded fails to provision access to your Simulated Trading Environment within seven (7) working days of confirmed payment, you may request a full refund by contacting support.
• Duplicate charge: If you are charged more than once for the same Subscription due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full upon verification.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized payment: If a Subscription was purchased using a payment method without the cardholder's authorization, Approved Funded will cooperate in good faith with the issuer and the cardholder to resolve the charge.

Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, dissatisfaction with simulated trading results, rule violations leading to disqualification, breach of these Terms, failure to achieve Performance Reward eligibility, or any reason not expressly enumerated above.

Approved Funded grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational and skill-assessment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may use the Simulated Trading Environment to: (a) practice and develop discretionary or systematic trading skills, placing orders manually or through automation connected via your own official API key; (b) participate in documented Performance Challenges; (c) review educational materials; and (d) monitor your own simulated performance metrics.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its software, its market data feeds, or the simulation logic;
• Use scripts, robots, scrapers, expert advisors, trading algorithms, or other software to interact with the Platform except through an official API key or connector issued to you in your dashboard — automation run through your own official API key is permitted, is subject to the same trading rules as manual trading, and every order it places is treated as placed by you;
• Engage in latency arbitrage, quote manipulation, or exploitation of price-feed delays or inaccuracies in the Simulated Trading Environment;
• Copy, mirror, or synchronize trades with another User's Account, or engage in copy-trading or mirror-trading from any source identified by Approved Funded as prohibited;
• Use compromised, pirated, or otherwise unauthorized market-data sources;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rule, risk limit, or restriction applied to your Account or Subscription tier;
• Create multiple Accounts to circumvent rules, evade detection, or obtain Performance Rewards under false pretenses;
• Share, sell, lease, sublicense, or transfer your Account, Subscription, Virtual Funds, or any access credentials (including API keys) to any third party, or trade on another User's Account;
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure;
• Engage in any fraudulent behavior, including chargeback fraud, friendly fraud, or identity fraud;
• Provide false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any interaction with Approved Funded; or
• Use the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms or the documented Rules page.

Approved Funded monitors activity on the Platform to enforce these prohibitions. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account, disqualification from Performance Rewards, and forfeiture of any pending rewards, without refund of Subscription fees. Approved Funded may also report violations to law enforcement, payment processors, and other relevant authorities.

Approved Funded offers four product lines, each with distinct phase progression and reward eligibility rules: Instant Approved (no challenge — Subscription is reward-eligible immediately upon activation, with no daily-loss limit and an eight percent (8%) maximum overall drawdown as the sole risk ceiling), Lite Funded (a two-phase challenge with tighter risk limits — eight percent (8%) Phase 1 profit target, four percent (4%) Phase 2 profit target, four percent (4%) maximum daily loss, eight percent (8%) maximum drawdown), 1-Step (a single-phase challenge — nine percent (9%) profit target, five percent (5%) maximum daily loss, ten percent (10%) maximum drawdown, five (5) minimum trading days), and 2-Step (a two-phase challenge — eight percent (8%) Phase 1 profit target, five percent (5%) Phase 2 profit target, five percent (5%) maximum daily loss, ten percent (10%) maximum drawdown, five (5) minimum trading days per phase).

For challenge-model Subscriptions (Lite Funded, 1-Step, 2-Step), the User must successfully complete all phases of the challenge — meeting each phase's profit target without breaching daily loss or overall drawdown limits, and satisfying minimum trading-day requirements — before becoming eligible to submit Performance Reward payout requests. Until the challenge is fully completed, payout requests will be rejected even if the simulated balance shows positive equity. A breach of the daily loss or maximum drawdown limit during any phase results in the account being moved to a terminal Failed state, precluding any further trading or rewards on that account; the User may purchase a new Subscription to attempt the challenge again.

For 1-Step and 2-Step Subscriptions only, Users who successfully complete the full challenge sequence and submit a successful first payout request qualify for an automatic refund of one hundred percent (100%) of the original challenge activation fee, as described in Section 2.4 of the Refund Policy. Lite Funded and Instant Approved Subscriptions are not eligible for this pass-refund.

Performance Challenges are structured assessments conducted within the Simulated Trading Environment. Eligibility for Performance Rewards is determined exclusively by Approved Funded based on objective criteria published on the Platform, which include but are not limited to: minimum profit thresholds, maximum daily loss limits, maximum overall drawdown limits, minimum trading day requirements, prohibited-behavior compliance, and documented consistency standards.

The criteria for Performance Reward eligibility, including profit thresholds and reward amounts, are published in the Rules page and in the Subscription details presented at checkout. Approved Funded may, at its discretion, adjust or update these criteria for new Subscriptions; published criteria applicable at the time of your Subscription purchase will govern your Subscription unless you expressly opt in to new criteria.

Performance Rewards are not guaranteed. They are discretionary bonus payments made by Approved Funded from its own operating funds, contingent on the User's satisfactory completion of all documented criteria, compliance with these Terms, and passing of any verification processes Approved Funded may conduct. Approved Funded reserves the right to delay, reduce, withhold, or reverse Performance Rewards if it discovers, in its reasonable judgment, evidence of fraud, prohibited conduct, or violation of these Terms.

Your use of any funded account on this platform is subject to additional trading rules and risk-management policies, set out in full at approvedfunded.com/full-rules.

By signing up for an account, you agree to be bound by all rules and policies described at /full-rules, including but not limited to:

• Daily loss limits
• Maximum drawdown limits
• Consistency requirements
• Trading-style restrictions (news trading, scalping, weekend hold)
• Algorithmic and copy-trading restrictions
• Account suspension at firm discretion

Violation of any rule may result in account suspension or termination at our discretion, with notification provided via email.

Eligible Performance Rewards are paid on a request-based cyclefollowing published payout windows (typically every Monday and Wednesday, subject to change). To receive a Performance Reward, the User must: (a) meet all documented eligibility criteria; (b) submit a payout request through the Platform; (c) complete identity and payment verification as reasonably requested by Approved Funded; and (d) maintain an Account in good standing with no open compliance issues.

Performance Reward payouts may be made through card refund, cryptocurrency transfer, bank transfer, or any other method Approved Funded makes available. Approved Funded reserves the right to choose the payout method based on availability, jurisdiction, and anti-money-laundering considerations.

Performance Rewards are paid gross of any taxes, fees, or charges that may apply in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any income tax, withholding, or other tax liability arising from the receipt of Performance Rewards. Approved Funded may be required to collect tax-related information from you prior to issuing a Performance Reward; refusal to provide such information may result in delay or forfeiture of the reward.

The Platform and all Content, including but not limited to software, user interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, trade names, service marks, data compilations, educational materials, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Approved Funded or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.

Approved Funded grants you a limited, revocable license to use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or Content without Approved Funded's prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions you provide to Approved Funded regarding the Platform become the property of Approved Funded, which may use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Platform, including support communications, trading notes, and similar submissions ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Approved Funded a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to operate, support, and improve the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party right or applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Approved Funded implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and Approved Funded cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, cryptocurrency on-ramps, identity-verification providers, and analytics providers. Approved Funded is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy.

THE PLATFORM, THE SIMULATED TRADING ENVIRONMENT, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPROVEDFUNDED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, ACCURACY OF DATA, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Approved Funded does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from defects, secure against unauthorized access, or fit for any particular purpose. Approved Funded does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any simulated market data, price feed, or educational content presented on the Platform.

Simulated trading results, whether favorable or unfavorable, are not indicative of potential results in real-money trading. The Simulated Trading Environment is designed for educational purposes and does not reflect all costs, risks, constraints, or behaviors of real financial markets. No information on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APPROVEDFUNDED, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF APPROVEDFUNDED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Without limiting the foregoing, Approved Funded's aggregate liability under these Terms for any and all claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to Approved Funded in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) one hundred United States Dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations in this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Approved Funded, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; (c) your User Content; (d) your access to or use of the Platform; and (e) any misrepresentation you make to Approved Funded.

Approved Funded may suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation violation of these Terms, prohibited conduct, or non-payment.

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination by either party: (a) your right to access the Platform ends immediately; (b) any unpaid Subscription fees remain due; (c) Virtual Funds are forfeited without compensation; (d) pending Performance Rewards may be forfeited if termination arises from your violation of these Terms; and (e) provisions that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute-resolution) will continue in effect.

Approved Funded may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Platform or through email to your registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at Approved Funded's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved first by good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved by negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, conducted in English, in a neutral venue to be agreed by the parties. Each party waives any right to participate in a class-action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Rules page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Approved Funded regarding the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• No Waiver. Approved Funded's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without Approved Funded's prior written consent. Approved Funded may assign these Terms freely, including to an affiliate or successor.
• Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications failure, or pandemic.
• Language. These Terms are provided in English. Any translation is for convenience only; in the event of a conflict, the English version governs.
