How does referral attribution work?
Partners receive a referral code. Checkout submissions carrying that code are attributed in backend records.
When is commission created?
Commission enters pending state only after payment is webhook-confirmed and referral passes anti-abuse checks.
What happens on refunds?
Approved/processed refunds trigger commission reversal flow to prevent payout on refunded orders.
Can I self-refer my own customer account?
No. Self-referrals are blocked and do not generate commission.
How do withdrawals work?
Approved partners can request withdrawals from their dashboard. Admin reviews and processes the queue.
